Heart Rate Monitor is a software that lets you precisely, quickly and simply measure your pulse.

The program lets you measure your beats per minute over five different intervals. You can vary the pulse variation, and make screenshots in BMP format. Heart Rate Monitor is very simple to use, and you´re probably wondering how it works: simply run the program and place yourself in a position (standing, sitting, lying, whatever) where you have no distractions. Find your pulse (normally on the inside of your wrist) and for every beat press a key on your keyboard. The program will automatically register all the data and statistics of your pulse.
